Barranca Irvine Concrete is a concrete contractor based in Irvine, founded in 2020 by Nathan Pham following 15 years working on trade crews. Operating across central Orange County, the company serves an Irvine community of 277,453 residents. Every project follows strict structural practices suited to local ground conditions across the wider county.

Estimates and written

Every estimate is measured and written on site Estimates are free of charge, measured at your Irvine address before quote documentation is prepared. Nothing published on this website constitutes a formal quotation or binding offer. Only an official written estimate defines the project price, remaining valid for 30 days from the date of the site visit.

Barranca Irvine Concrete holds CSLB C-8 licensing from the California Contractors State License Board, verifiable on their site. We maintain liability insurance on every job. Projects carry a written workmanship guarantee against defects in how it was built, excluding ground movement, misuse, and normal wear. Claims are made in writing by emailing our office.
